Thursday nights
by

Do not walk in the dark on Thursday nights in T.P.Let me tell you my experience.Agent and me seaman went to T.P 2 weeks ago.Booked a girl each for the day.For dinner we went out and brought back packets of food which we ate beside the swimming pool around 10pm.All lights were off.We enjoyed the breeze and ate our food which included chicken.Agents girl Ros is sort of psychic able to see ghosts. She said she can see a female with short hair near the coconut tree beckoning to her.Another girl child ghost was playing in the swimming pool.We did not believe her but we got the hell out of there. On the way to the room the Ros noticed she had a bloated stomach.I teased Agent that he had made her pregnant. We retired for the night and was doing my stuff when I got a phone call from Agent that Ros was acting crazy maybe possessed. My girl Wiwi and I rushed to his room and saw Ros lying with her hands twisted like claws, eyes closed, whole body stiff. No response to our calls.Had pulse but no breathing.Called hotel staff. Many of them came. Now she was awake and talking in a different voice that of an elderly lady saying she wants to die in Bandung not here. The hotel staff knew she was possessed and tried to restrain her.She struggled and threw away 4 grown men.Someone called in a nearby bomoh who came in smiling and asked the ghost what she wanted.Eggs and coffee. They were brought,She smashed the egg into her mouth and drank it.Garlic was rubbed on her hands and nose. Some nerve points were pressed on her legs and hands by the bomoh. She calmed down.Immediately she became shy and covered her face with her hands.'itu anak'.The elderly lady had left, and the child ghost was still in her. There were many people in the room looking at Ros and the child ghost was shy.Nerve points were pressed and the child also left.Ros came into consciousness and she was shocked. We told her she fainted. The bomoh left us a garlic and told us to use it if the ghosts came back.We paid him and everyone left. All 4 of us slept in Agents room. The ghosts tried to come back. There were knocks on the door, sound of running water in the toilet although tap is shut.Ros was feeling uneasy, she repeated Quranic verses, the ghosts were trying to enter again. We rubbed garlic on her and ourselves. Each was saying our own prayers.Nothing much happened then.In the morning Wiwi and I went back to our room.Let me give a piece of advice to all my fellow brothers out there.
1.Dont eat food outdoors in the dark, ghosts are attracted to food which they have not tasted since they died.
2.Clear all whisky bottles and glasses from your balcony before sleeping. We left ours outside.
3.Stomach bloating suddenly is a sign of demonic possession about to happen.Check the internet under searchword 'demonic possession'.No use calling doctors, call a bomoh.
All this may sound like nonsense but you have to see it to believe it.Most Singaporeans do not believe but it is common for Indonesians.Getting possessed is like catching a flu for them.
For your info this happened in room 402 in Royal Palace Hotel. Now you know why there is no army trainiing on Thursday nights.Any brothers experienced similar incidents please share.

question of belief systems
by dcindo

Something similar happened in the hotel(forget name)in Batam's Waterfront. I was in the hotel's lobby having a drink when some people started talking about a young S'porean girl becoming hysterical after a massage session that same morning...I think they solve the problem by calling in a bomoh.

Many places, remote/rural places in Indonesia, Bali especially, remote places in Sarawak, believe strongly in charms/witchcraft and the so-called "dirty spots". In Sarawak, for example, the locals walking from point A to point B and needing to piss, would go to the bushes to do it but, before pissing, would apologize to the woods and followed by spitting after the piss. So, superstition or local savvy?

It is generally wise to ask the locals' advise if you are in a remote place...these places may have their elemental spirits...Bali, for example, the locals have a very strong belief in elemental spirits

when I first started to practise self abuse, you were probably not born yet. you were concieved later, probably after my first real sexual encounter, you get it. And I am being nice, too. Ghosts are as real as the Big Mac I had the other day. You don't have to believe in it, but such has occured. Please remain in your playpen, and do not venture too far out, you might wet your nappies, boy.

A load of Crap huh?
by Ignatius

Yo man,you don't have to be 10 to believe in such supernatural stuff.Seems to me you are a city boy, never been exposed to kampung life(if you're even an asian that is)or just a narrow minded sceptic who wants everything to have scientific basis and explanation. If you think we are all alone, well think again boy!

must be wary......
by tony

...here's my two cents worth.

anyday is a good day for a ghost or many to appear; it is dependant on one's state of mind and "luck" on that day. But, most working[booking] girls are especially proned to this phenomenon and it is never a pretty sight. However, one must always believe in prayers to somewhat overcome the situatiion. works all the time, but there will be times when 'casper' seem to be more persistant than ordinarily, but whether you believe it or not, it is wiser to consult local people who are more knowledgable to the particular situation.

I have witnessed/experienced a similar incident in Tanjong Balai, but had to tolerate it, by praying rather than seeking assistance, because it was unavailable and difficult to be obtained, where we were at. The feeling then was, to put it mildly, EERIE!; though I did not personally see the spirit myself, but could feel its presence. Besides praying for the situation to improve, I did say openly, to whatever was around us, to leave us alone as we did not intentionally come to encroach into its domain. That did help. Was a sleepless experience for me and my friends.

you are wise
by dcindo

i agree with what you say...i would not be surprised to know that many of the hookers see ghosts...they just don't speak about it...it probably has much to do with their own level of "spirit" or "luck" as you call it.
Still, the whole night would be screwed when it happens.
