1] DO-IT-YOURSELF (DIY) if you are experienced in Indonesia and/or have a tight budget, this is the way to go.

 

- A typical bachelor party could start with a day outing: e.g. golf,  fishing (US$60 per person) or drive the scenic Barelang highway ($10 per pax.).

- Followed by shower at hotel (7pm) then dinner in one of the many NED outlets that serve food (8pm) (about US$15).

- Make sure the boys have got a good few drinks in them by 9pm. ($10)

- Partying in PP Banana until 11 or 12pm. ($10-50).

- Optional live music at Steps Music Lounge or Planet Disco until the early hours.($15-30).

Total budget per person for a BIG night out therefore runs to about US$100 - not including day activity or hotel room.

Tom is an experienced island guide. He ran tour expeditions in the Riau islands for 10 years. Ask him about mountain biking, nature walks, fishing trips. Budget about $40/day (public transport) or $80/day (charter your own boat).

Our accounts and tax guy, Salomo, administers tax, accounts, banking, and government permits for over a dozen companies in the NED area. If you want to do it ourself, we will happily give you free advise. Or Salomo can set things up for you for a fee.
